The businesses that get the most from QR-based loyalty treat it as a strategy rather than as scattered stickers. Every touchpoint has a defined QR purpose. Every code has a clear owner, a clear metric, and a clear plan for what happens when the metric stalls.
That level of discipline sounds excessive for a piece of print material, but the compound effect is significant. A coherent QR strategy is one of the quiet reasons some loyalty programs outperform their peers by margins that look mysterious from the outside.
